Okay, so you all remember the exciting bouquet toss, so I want to introduce you to the couple who made that possible, Aaron and Cara!
This wedding is one that definitely pulled on my heartstrings. Aaron's brother is over in Iraq and served as best man in absentia. There was a lot of symbolism throughout the wedding that represented him and also honored their additional family and friends who have also served and are still serving our country. From the flag draped on the barn at the Cedarwood House to the moment of silence and playing of "Be Thou My Vision" on cello and guitar during the ceremony, it was a very emotional day. Cara actually surprised Aaron with a toast that she had Aaron's brother send from overseas. It was a beautiful toast to the couple and also beautiful words honoring his wife who was there celebrating with the family.
With all of the heartfilled emotion, there was also room for a LOT of fun as the reception was headed up by the music of Skyline Drive. This band was full of energy and it really brought out the personalities of Aaron and Cara and got things moving and shaking!
My friends Matt and Andrea were along for the ride on this one and we had such a blast! Congrats to Cara and Aaron! You guys are a great couple and richly blessed with such great family and friends!
